1. Definitions

You/Your/Partner: Refers to the Approved Partner participating in the AI-Powered Agents Partner Program.

We/Our/Elite Agent: Refers to the company offering the AI-Powered Agents course and overseeing the Partner Program.

2. Eligibility

This program is open to approved partners who promote the "AI-Powered Agents" course to real estate professionals.

3. Term

This agreement is valid until December 31, 2024, unless terminated or renewed earlier by either party with 30 days' notice.

4. Course Fees and Revenue Share

Course fees

The standard course fee for an in-person workshop is $795

The standard course fee for a virtual workshop is $495

Standard Revenue Share

Approved partners earn a 40% revenue share on course fees for virtual or in-person workshops.

Scope of Revenue Share

Your 40% revenue share applies exclusively to the "AI-Powered Agents" course revenue, whether purchased outright or through a payment plan. No revenue share is earned on any additional products, services, or upgrades that the customer may purchase from us in addition to this. This includes, but is not limited to:
